For the past 30 years, Becky Howe has traveled near and far collecting unique, high-quality antique, vintage, and contemporary pieces. Becky's Global Finds brings these handpicked treasures directly to collectors and decor enthusiasts who appreciate authenticity and craftsmanship.
The collection is gathered the slow way — at estate sales and flea markets close to home, in market alleys abroad, in workshops across the sea, and from the hands of makers she has known for years. Each object is carried home, researched, gently cleaned and catalogued before it is ever offered here.
What ties the collection together is not a period or a style, but a standard: honest materials, real craftsmanship, and a piece worth keeping. Most items are one of a kind, so the catalog changes as new finds arrive.

Ask BeckyEvery item is found in person by Becky Howe, whether at a local estate sale or on a sourcing trip abroad. Nothing is bought in bulk from wholesalers or drop-shipped.
Each piece is examined under a loupe for construction, materials, tool marks and wear patterns, then researched against period references before it is listed. When a date or origin cannot be established with confidence, the listing says so plainly rather than guessing.
Yes. Pieces are gently cleaned and stabilised, never over-restored or refinished, because patina is part of an antique's value. Any chips, repairs or losses are described in the item details and shown in the photographs.
Everything is wrapped in acid-free tissue, cushioned and double-boxed, with crating for heavy or delicate pieces such as trunks, ceramics and glass. Shipping is fully insured and a tracking number is sent as soon as the piece leaves.
Absolutely. Send a note through the contact form and Becky will send additional photographs, measurements and condition notes, and can hold a piece for a short period while you decide.
Most finds are one of a kind, so once a piece sells it will not return. Tell Becky what you are looking for and she will keep an eye out for something comparable on her next sourcing round.
